Element (beginner) classes

All of our new members go through three separate 2- hour classes with one of our highly qualified coaches.

The first 2 classes are hands on technique and workout classes (usually 1-1 with a coach).  The third element is a nutrition class given once a quarter.

The new members will be introduced to a series of exercises to help familiarize them with proper technique, safety, and scaling for their workouts.

After the element classes the new member will be ready to join the small group classes and build on the techniques they learned in their element classes.
