Personal Training

We understand group sessions are not for everyone. We offer many routes for people to pursue a halt lifestyle and incorporate our fitness programs into their regiment. Our Personal Training at CrossFit Independence in Orlando is a great solution for anyone looking for 1-1 coaching. We have very experienced coaches many with an excess of 10 years experience in the strength and conditioning field. Our personal training is available as a stand alone membership or for members looking for 1-1 coaching to help get additional skills they would like extra work with.

Our personal training packages can cover the following

  • Private beginner elements to get started with CrossFit
  • Become extremely proficient in weightlifting from advanced level weightlifting specialists
  • Special programming specific and unique to you
